We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. We may share data with: Razorpay (payment processing), Formspree (form submissions), and government authorities when legally required.

Pihu AI provides AI-powered chatbot solutions for Indian businesses including website chatbots, WhatsApp integration, lead capture, and analytics. Features vary by subscription plan.
All plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed via Razorpay in INR. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. GST (18%) is applicable as per Indian tax law. GST invoices are issued for all payments.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans from the date of first payment. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
You may not use Pihu AI for spamming, illegal activities, adult content, or any use that violates Indian laws including the IT Act 2000 and IT (Amendment) Act 2008.
All source code, AI models, designs, logos, and content of Pihu AI are protected under Indian copyright law. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
